About this event

About the Topic

COVID-19 has taken a massive toll on American business leaders and workers. Research shows that levels of depression, anxiety, insomnia and Post Traumatic Stress have risen significantly in the last 19 months. More than ever, having a nervous system that can bounce back and persevere is crucial for the health and productivity of your leadership team and total workforce.

What will you learn?

In this one-hour introductory workshop, Dr. Lisa Zoppetti and Robin Carnes will present the latest science on building resilience. Their practical, research-based skills training will:

  • Strengthen your understanding of how current neuroscience can be applied to meet the demands of leading during the pandemic;
  • Explain why we cannot "think" our way out of the impact of excessive stress and overwhelm; and
  • Introduce a sampling of evidence-based tools from their comprehensive toolkit for building resilience.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is ideal for corporate leaders and decision-makers, managers, partners, producers, and other team members integral to leading your company’s success. It could be especially helpful for those entering periods of heightened work-related stress -- the end of the fiscal year, open enrollment season, budget and compensation planning, etc.

It’s a busy time amid another hectic year, and it’s never too late to learn the latest science to help build resilience among your team.
